Yeah. So.
These past few days my mother has been getting me to drive more. More experience, and all that jazz. I usually drive with her, never allowed to drive alone..
... until two days ago! (:
She trusted me enough to drive to one u and back! awesomenesss. Lets see... on the way I nearly hit a whilte Myvi ( before exiting a junction i looked left but not right....) Lets refresh my memory on a little song I learnt as KID :
In a childish tone:
Look right look left
before you cross the street
use your eyes
befre you use your feet
look right look left
before you cross the street
this will save you from accidents and pain!
Only lets think of it carwise. (:
Anyway i was okay after that. I stopped in time. Even drove myself back after! *beams with pride*
Then came yesterday.
I decided to meet kum at the curve for a round of pool or two. For those of you who don't know, I live really near the curve. REALLY near.
Anyway.
I drove there with my dad, got parking n all. Coming in, instead of getting a ticket, I used touch n go. As I rolled down the window to touch the card, i realised i couldn't 'go'. I couldnt reach the thingie! Too Far! Solution?
Step out of the car, touch, get back in. Not as smooth as 'touch n go', eh?
On the way back, I drove alone. My dad told me he'd walk back. awesome.
Instead of using the exit I was parked near, I decided to use the other one, cause I remembered my dad using the other one the last time we came.
So i drove towards the thingie im supposed to touch my card to.... moving towards the side...telling myself 'it wont be too far this time!...
until...
BANG.
I hit the pole thing before the thingie bob. Haih. My car has a little yellowish spot on the front right corner now ):
MOVING ON.
So I went out that way, foll0owing the way my dad did the last time... until i realised..
The last time we came out this way, he told me "oh.. this is the wrong one.."
GAH. There was a way back, of course, but id have to do an illegal u-turn that looked something like this:
Yeah. With my limited driving capabilities, that was so not on.
Luckily, I knew another way~! Sort of. So I went on the way i remembered..... Reading the road signs carefully. And I followed "mutiara Damansara" until I reached near one u. Okay, cool! I knew the way from here. All I need is to make a u-turn. Proudly I stopped for the traffic light and waited my turn..
I looked to the right...
Two lanes from me was the u-turn lane. I MISSED it! wtf! I got lost on my way home from the curve!
So nvm, I kept my cool (not) and drove towards ou.... Till I reached a signboard. No mutiara damansara to be found!
I had three choices of direction..
dumdumdum!!
Finally I chose right most, cause that seemed to be the direction of the parking for the new wing, which was where i always parked, which was also the direction we usually came form from home. okay!
So I managed to retrace the direction i normally used to GET to ou, till i reached the junction where we usually turned towards ou.. So I thoguht i could simply retrace my steps and turn right, BUT.... :
Cannot turn right. how? So i went left instead, and started panicking. how how how? THEN.... I saw a uturn. Yay! so i went..... thennnnnn.... it was time to turn right again... but traffic was only going one way, to my left! So i panicked again........
As I panicked.... I looked right, n missed a uturn. GREAT. Missed two uturns in a day!
Then I saw another one! Quicker than I ever have, I changed 2 or three lanes, made the u turn, n followed the road , eventually making my way back (:
Phew, that was long. :P
